21Years ago,
there was no "ADI MESTI JADI", only an engineer working hard at Singapore Power and France Telecom in the early years of his adulthood. Despite my promising career and graduating from Loughborough University in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, I felt like I wanted to do more and have a job where I can serve clients with a personal touch.
After working for 5 years as an employee, I left my well-paying job and decided to switch line to Real Estate. Things were not easy at the start but the motivation from my clients and mentors kept me going. There has never been a dull moment since I started my journey in Real Estate and listening to clients' stories and watching them own their dream homes keeps me motivated.
Despite the industry evolving so rapidly the past 2 decades, I have never once stopped learning, growing and upgrading myself as I wanted to ensure my clients and team members receive only the best of knowledge and experience. Despite being in this industry for over 21 years , numerous awards and titles under my belt, I'm still pushing my limits and breaking records.
I hope to inspire many more homeowners and agents to join me in this journey!

Immediately after securing my Bachelor of Arts in Education, Major in English and History & Diploma in Education NTU,
I did 2 things

At only 24 years old, I started my career as an English Teacher and Real Estate Agent at the same time.
I would be teaching students in the day, and then rush off to help my clients find their dream homes after work and weekends.
7 Years of juggling family, career, and my passion for Real Estate was very difficult, I had very little time for my family or myself. What kept me going was the joy and satisfaction of being able to meet families from different backgrounds, facing different kinds of problems, and being able to solve them.
Eventually, I left teaching for Real Estate entirely. Alhamdulillah, after a few years, I started recruiting agents and was able to rekindle my passion for teaching.
Today, instead of juggling careers and family, I’m juggling between teaching new agents to become the best in the industry while leading by example of closing sales as an agent myself
No 2 clients are alike and every day is new in Real Estate, and I’m always excited to discover and share new ways to the community on how they can find their dream homes and make money through property.
Likewise, I hope to groom more underachieving real estate agents to become real estate champions.
